Due to the subjects tackled in the film we have gained fantastic support from a selection of military and pioneering health charities such as Help for Heroes, FirstLight Trust, Walking with the Wounded and the Bloomsbury Network. The writer and actor in the film, Stuart Brennan decided to walk from Lands End all the way to his hometown of Barnstaple in aid of the charity Walking with the Wounded. It took him 6 days to complete the journey. However, he wasn’t doing it alone. 6 Army Veterans and 6 celebrities accompanied him along the way, a different one each day. We had a film crew following, and our intention here was to document the journey while hearing stories of their own personal struggles along the way. At the end of each day we stopped off at a different cinema venue and showed the film to the public and our supporters with Mr. Brennan hosting a Q&A after each screening.
